downtime? What downtime? Low on orbs? Just auto and wait for next matrix. No reason why one should have to awaken and hypertune every tank to swap them in for a minimal damage increase if any at all. You're also making your main attacker weaker due to having less supporting memories. No matter how you slice it, it's a bad idea.
