when building a character, where should I start from levelling to hypertuning, if you can rank it, thatd be great

If it's a DPS:

• Level
• Skill level, all of them
• Get weapon, 5* is good enough, if you have 6* can use it right away
• Get the proper memory set
• Upgrade the weapon
• Upgrade the memory (if you're short on resources, only 3 pieces at the bottom that needs to be upgraded)
• Get dupe for each memory so you can get 12 total resonance for the set
• get weapon reso if you have any 5* dupe or USB for 6* weapon
• maxed out all memory pieces so you can reach the required BP for ultima awakening
• get hypertune for the 3 bottom memories only if you're short on hypertune mats, can get all 12 Hypertune when you aren't
  That's it

Rank ups is pretty much whenever you get it and available to upgrade

For support and tank, all of the skills can be skipped and only need to upgrade class passive and qte

After you levelled then up
Except when that said tank or support is the dps or sub dps (kaleido and feral scent for example)
