how slash affix work is that

1. fill up sword gauge (SS3 hanying + 50% of this to become 100% (50% at base))
2. consume sword gauge to deal slash damage (SSS hanying +100% slash edb)
3. dealing slash damage gives you slash stack
4. slash stack buff certain skills

how phys team use slash affix:

1. hanying fill up sword gauge + deal slash damage to get slash stack
2. balter consume slash stack to burst
   (both of them does all the job, just that hanying is biased towards stacks and balter biased towards burst)
