Uhh for physical team, I just stay balter until out of orbs, then switch to ult on rossetta, and then switch Elisa and do core + ult, then switch back to balter
Then for lightning team I stay CW till out of orb, switch to 21 for core +ult, and then switch to Vera for the dive and switch back to CW

here's the thing "out of orbs" is usually too long
you prefer to have your rotations to still mostly be in the duration of amp buff
like with Balter you just do 1.5 rots if youre SS0 or 2.5 rots if SS3 and higher
with CW you can usually do a double rot and swap off
if you have extra orbs you can simply use them to speed up the rotation for extra energy and whatnot
