usually - especially for f2p - u pull Gacha S rank on their release. Pull their weapon/CUB if u have extra BC (you can try for Lamia since u are new and will have extra BC). Then save till next S rank and repeat. Just dont pull weapons or CUBS if ur BC is very low. You can get every S rank char in the game as there is usually S rank patch > saving patch > S rank patch. @fallen flume
