not only is she phys subdps to tank Hanying

Leap Balter gives her trueslash damage element
but Hanying is sorely needed for balter's trueslash dmg output to be actually noticeable
and SS3 Hanying especially makes Balter's trueslash dps night and day (very significant DPS loss without this rank)

In Trueslash, the only ranks that balter has that would affect Trueslash dmg are SS and SSS+
so her ranks matter less than Hanying's here
