Also add to the fact that Lux is way easier to obtain than Feral 21 since she can be farmed. You also don't need a sig for Lux to provide this strong buff to her other teammates.

Also with Feral 21 you will need to spend black cards to get her sig and her cub and get her to SSS for her to be usable like Capuccino.```

Instead of unified gens you had things in superstring zone that allowed janky units like HoV to just barely cling onto life to do one very specific thing. Ultimately, it was inconsiquential and the game's economy was harsh enough to the point of it just not mattering, but that's something that PGR doesn't have at all
