Alisa Echo is free. But timegated. You farm her once you unlock dormitory commissions.
With Luminance pick you have, youre probably looking towards a physical team starting out. So get if you can. Early on, she has acceptable DPS despite being a support. I believe once you unlock her Leap skills she can still do pretty decent damage.

Between your potential Physical Attacker, You have these 3 to pick from. But Bianca Stigmata (The blonde girl with the wedding veil here in these pics) is the best among them. Especially if we're considering progression later on.

Yes, that’s what I thought, many people recommend taking Rigor out of the box along with her weapon, but she’s a tank, so I don’t know if she’ll be of much use. Bianca Stigmata looks promising, but I don't know if I can get her in time in the current anniversary banner, and she still needs a weapon. Therefore, it seems to me that it is better to skip Rigor and take Alpha with a weapon, and Bianca is better, but it seems to me that for a beginner she will be too expensive, and with the 3rd slot it will not be particularly important who to take.

so basically you'll get to see the whole cast

no one is left out

you still need to dodge but it's not exactly the same
