What you consider "without energy issue" Is actually main issues about cw

It's mostly because timeloss of doing empty bar hold dodge so you can continue her dps

You see in war zone or pain cage, time is significant and gives direct impact to scores

If you want higher score, you want to be as fast as possible and that's the problem with cw only dps

She takes time to build up her attacks

In other hand if you're doing swapping, her build up is basically done by half or entirely ready to dps nuke from previous rotation energy
