my invest (i usually run 4pc DV for PPC)

base s0 with sig weapon r1 + sig memo
- Tank Passive - 20% EDR for 5s on all hits
- Sig weapon - 15% fire on blue for 8s (no blue orb no shred)
- Fire Shred Reso - 8% fire on all fire damage
- Unimate - QTE will shred on missiles (blue) for 8s

8% fire shred on all attacks
23% (15+8) on missile launch (with QTE)

yours (if you don't run unimate on your PPC runs then just cross out that last line)

ss0 with sig memo
- Tank Passive - 20% EDR for 5s on all hits
- SS rank - post ult 1 attacks have 15% fire shred and switching out will launch missiles (blue) after ult 2
