Anniversary Banner Recommendations

Anniversary banner is a limited banner that offers selectable (with no limit on changing different rate up) S rank rate ups with 100% drop rate with the same both normal 60 pity and fate 80~100 banner is available. The S rank choices for the rate up are every non collab S rank character available in the game besides one that's debuting this patch, Alisa:Echo and for some reason feral scent

DISCLAIMER:

it is recommended to pull on anniversary banner if you're a spender or a beginner that missed most of debuted character for the few past months. You always wants to assure you have enough Black Cards to afford Lamia on debut in the next update and Back to back S rank debut (Watanabe: Epitaph and Qu: shukra) later on in the future.
