garnet flag is the exception, its refreshable by QTE

so in certain void wz rotations
if Luna is required to stay onfield past 12-15s

garnet flag will be better for shred uptime

ofc it still depends on your tank's shred ranks too

Mech: missiles with very spotty coverage, can't hit all enemies, were bugged for a while

Scire: Shred field on SS3 is expensive, but its very good at wave coverage, only falters when it comes to actually maintaining tank class EDR Shred on enemies but you can QTE

Watanabe: Enemy tracking bombardment field that leaves DoT areas on the ground. Both bombardment and DoT can tick shreds so wata has no issue keeping every enemy saturated with shred (except brand new waves mid hyperreal ult)

Hanying: INFINITE RANGE, DAMAGE OVER TIME EVERY SECOND TO REFRESH TANK
