Basically on that patch you can select ANY S rank as a guarantee up to the last S rank from 2 patches ago

As of Lamia's patch that would mean you can pull anyone up to No. 21 Feral Scent

In terms of who you should pull, any S rank from Karenina Scire onwards and Liv Empyrea are all good choices

The roster does update every 2 patches
