so @night bay nerd sniped me a bit by posting bad code to calculate it at me so I went to work actually reversing the formulas:

difficulty is scaled as powers of two (1 for test, 2 for elite, 4 for knight, etc...)
for the table you posted, its extremely linear, but running into a round being done somewhere down the tree. There are two constants to be consumed (flat decrease every timestep, and a small factor that reduces that loss that scales linearly with time), and rounded after

The formula for your table thus becomes a simple round(b - a*t) where b is 74.875 * difficulty_factor and a is 0.25 * difficulty_factor, where difficulty_factor = 2 ** difficulty (and we index the difficulty from 0)

Or in python:

However, i do believe the step is kinda useless and people mostly just want to know the actual score you'd get. So i dug a bit further and since the base score is just 21_000 * difficulty_factor we can just perform some algebra to perform that aggregation over time with:
