so far in beta
affix dmg and element dmg are technically different but share similarities
ion dmg can be buffed from CHARACTERS' Lightning DMG Bonus and Lightning RES shred so lucia dmg benefits from 21 amp passive and heal buff, and garn/daren light shred
but it doesn't cross-benefit from environmental buffs/weaknesses (ion weather is 30% light 20% ion so they don't mix, ion only gets 20%, light gets 30%)
and to top it all off, ion res and light res of enemies will be calculated separately (outside of tank shred that does shred both it seems) so there may be off element issue with this (super stc)
~~so now instead of 6 warzones its going to be 11 now that the affix dmg types are different ~~
all very stc and needs more beta testing but this is what CN testers are saying for now

As for DMG...SSS Leaped Rozen with the right DPS build already naturally outdamage SS Luna with 6* and resos because Vera's SS skill has no limits actually. I mean, the more ATK Vera has the stronger her SS skill works, add a QTE bot that also buffs ATK and you get a berserker who wipes out tones of enemies in the blink of an eye (she's AOE unit yeah).

I'm curious to know what weird build you're using on Vera Rozen, and how exactly are you playing her so that she can't outperform your Luna? I just know that a lot of global players don't know how to play Leaped Rozen and don't understand how her new Core Passive works (not to mention her SS skill), which unsurprisingly leads to low-DMG sh*t all the time.

Lux will give your teammates a 20% lightning buff which is A LOT in all competitive events. Feral's buff is only 10% is half of what Lux can do. Also add to the fact that Lux is way easier to obtain than Feral 21 since she can be farmed. You also don't need a sig for Lux to provide this strong buff to her other teammates.

Also with Feral 21 you will need to spend black cards to get her sig and her cub and get her to SSS for her to be usable like Capuccino.
