I found the answer. Turns out +15 attack is just better overall since it amplifies pretty much every single skill you're using. The def / crit etc is negligible and blue orb is copium for reroll cuz mathematically bad.

@feral pollen oi, so, the secondary stat doesnt matter, the flat atk scales really well because of how the games combat math works. That's why on veritas any atk is fine, its just better than anything else in that slot.
