From farming their char shard stages twice a day
and from using PPC Skulls which I don't recommend but the option is there

assuming you're asking about the A rank shards, I farmed overflow shards from my other SSS+ A ranks then convert those to noctis'. It's not a 1:1 conversion though so its not recommended unless you're just already full of resources

The excess shards you get from them can be converted to universal shards which u can use in the shop to purchase any A rank construct shard.
