With that said, you don’t HAVE to buy everything and can rely on RNG. It’s completely possible to get the outfit itself fewer than 50 pulls(roughly $50 in terms of RC)

But leaving it to RNG doesn’t mean you will get it, so it’s safer to invest in the $100 to guarantee pulling it. Or better yet if you have been saving your black cards, split the bill, as they say it.
