Are you referring to her BP? I got her to SSS+ back in her initial release in the Grand Blue patch by pulling extra copies of her, maxed out her skills, added resonance to her weapon + memories and hypertuned her memory resonance. Depending on where you are in the game though, I wouldn't worry too much about hypertuning until late game.
