All of yo characters are really under leveled by a lot so you in to use 5* star memories for the characters you are using and since you have Bianca within the daily logins she'll be S which is good so you should use her. And you are a beginner as well I recommend using your free S rank ticket/card/whatever its called. and here is the characters that you can choose from S Kamui, S Liv, S Karenina, S Nanami, and S Lee.

Pick S Kamui for the easiest story progression because he does both damage and armor break and is also mainstay in Dark teams. The most relevant character of the 5. Will get further buffed in summer event (6months) [more dark dmg and dark resist down]
Fire team falls behind the other elements so S Karen will lag behind later on. The initial logic behind S Karen being the best choice was due to during the early stages of the game where she was the best Fire DPS... by process of elimination since the other Fire DPS were so mediocre. Now, most people just use their best non-Fire teams to deal with Fire zones.
S Liv is also good in the long run. Good pick if you're not confident in your abilities because she's really easy to play and hard to kill. Having more healers in your roster would also make it easier to support multiple team content like Babel and Stronghold as well as co-op.
S Nanami - same reason as S Karen.
S Lee is decent, but assuming you're going to roll for Alpha, then they share similar same roles, not much to branch out from there.
