i've test it and Billy actually better than S11..

the reason for this is because S11 heavily lacked Energy recharge so like in a whole 2 min she finally have a single E to use, and her regular normal attack dmg ain't even catch up with a single EX skill quickswap of Billy and his ult or Skill and the shoot thing are in the window frame during Seed Charged attack fall back shooting into slam down S11 don't really have any momentum in those frame she just there for EX skill used and thats all but she lacked Energy recharge and her Ex skill dmg is horrid.
