There is usually cool down time (1-2mins) after each ad you watch for adding 10 mins. If the button gray out early with 10 min on it and no cool down time after watching an ad. That is lie when it tell you that you reach ad limit. Force stop and start up the app again. You are allow to get the time up to 2 hours but you can't build up time past 2 hours for cloudmoon.
