Excal Prime and Umbra I believe have the same exact stats.

But as for differences: (Beyond visual)
Prime is founder exclusive so most players can't get it.

Umbra is able to fight alongside you even if you switch to your operator during a mission. Though you can disable it with the Warrior's Rest augment mod if you want.
Radial howl also resets sentient resistances. I don't think Prime's radial blind can do that
