Roar is actually much better for blast however

Xata's double dipping was also removed for laetum so you cant quad dip with blast laetum whisper unfortunately but blast is still cracked with roar on anything

If you have stealth though, xata's whisper can do more thanks do stealth bonus, mostly for melees since it goes to upward 6400% melee damage increase
