Conceptually they're supposed to extremely powerful damage dealers. Meanwhile everything else is either on par or better than these supposed "damage dealers" while also having more beneficial qualities. Or in Warframe's case, less negative qualities

Technically, you have to finish the story to reduce the difficulty of Pagan Min's fortress
But I couldn't bother and I want to 100% everything before the finale
But the thing is that the VERY LAST COLLECTIBLE is located at Lakshmana which requires you to walk across Pagan Min's compound
But the thing is that you can't just simply walk across
It's locked until the very last mission where you attack Pagan Min's compound and confront him
