There are almost no FPS drops, except for a few rare missions, but even on others consoles like ps4 there are issues, and the situation is even worse. Otherwise, everything is stable, even in the open world and during demanding scenes. But I'm a fan of physical copies. If I want to play in 4K with maximum graphics settings and high FPS, I'll choose a PC, but it's not necessary.
