That's weird. The rank icons literally only have an icon sheet in them. The name changes file should be applying the change. Did it apply the other naming changes?

Try putting the name change file lower in your load order than the iconset

I don't know why the iconset would overwrite rank names but giving the name change file lower load order should overwrite any changes the iconset would have made
