Then here are the fixes:
・Overdrive will no longer have a cool down between uses.
・Still limited to 9OD in one battle.
・Leftover OD bar will be carried over.
・Damages will be buffed depend on OD level (1.1 ~ 1.3)
・Story bosses, even bosses, orb bosses etc's HP and DP will be nerfed.
・SS resonance will be released along normal SS. The next one will be at the end of August.
・SS resonance's style piece will be available in events, premium pass.
・SS resonance releasing until the end of this year will be able to use normal SS style piece and the weekly point thing (sorry I don't play the English release so I don't know what this is called in English) to uncap like normal SS.
・There will be more communication with the players in the future regarding game updates.
・As apology, every player will receive 10000 quartz, 2 10-pull tickets, 10 SS style pieces, 10 SS resonance pieces and some items I don't know the English name of.

3.2 livestream dropped and the one thing everyone keep on bringing up is one singular line that indicates a global passive is present where the effect is active even if you’re not actually deploying the character you pulled

Everyone erupts into a massive flame war because powercreep is already a massive complaint starting from 2.4 and the global passive (itself not that bad) could potentially make way for the mechanic to become much worse in the future

Which is especially bad in a game like HSR where character banners have a 50/50 and powercreep are already going in a pace of about 2-4 patches and endgame content hp values are reaching sky high levels
