Like you can pretty much expect powercreep in basically every gacha game because that’s just how they work but when characters released later could potentially have effects that activates even when you’re not actually deploying them that’s when powercreep went too far

Players are also to be blamed for this, characters cool animation and then complained because the dmg was underwhelming compared to the last when in truth it was imo balanced and their multipliers being inflated just to satisfy the players went from averaging about 1.2mil dmg per nuke skill and later on characters down the line needs to be slightly better or straight up just powercreep them, just so they can sell the characters
