Other than that, overall i feel like people just doesn't try to adapt and get creative, they are just playing the game too stiff, outro and intro and 1-2-3 rotation probably and thats it, they don't really bother knowing or learning quickswap or better combo rotation etc, there also sometime cool tech that people managed to find out that makes playing the character more interesting. Like i get it casual and all, but the game literally offer leniency and improvisation if you can't get character BiS and Sign (except brant, lol)

There also the fact that people seem to have this kind of mindset where BiS and Sign = standard/must have (i can agree for sign to certain extent, since these weapon literally tailored for 100% with char kit in mind), and other than that, is a downgrade. It's like saying buying Pro version of phone or laptop etc, is the standard, and normal version is downgrade lol. It's like, they got the mindset reversed.

HI3 = decent
Genshin = elemental reaction is good until you get bored of it

The problem isn't that the rotations aren't "effective" It's that they literally can't play smoothly, I would have no problems if the characters could rotate normally and then got better rots at higher ranks and sig.
