  • Play Outbreak and pick up stuff to get Reflection Crystals (10 per day cap)
  • Use both to get Intel EXP
  • Send Intel XP to friends and get as well (your XP not used so it's free)
  • Intel XP levels up your Intel Level
  • Intel Level gives you an RNG box and a fixed reward at specific levels
