same, if you're having performance issues the most you can do (without tweaking the igpu/cpu) is make sure it has ventilation and it's plugged in

you might also be having thermal throttle issues if your performance suddenly tanks after a bit of playing, in that case i'd recommend undervolting (google it)

other than that, there's not much else you can do but get a new pc... I tried everything

Advanced app (games for example) =more data, graphic and logic to load=more data to load resulting takes more time
