Distortion Detective gave a lot of answer to why Ruina Bloodfiends are weird
There are 2 types of Bloodfiends
Pre White Nights and Dark Days Bloodfiends who exist WAY before The City(This includes Eileen), and they basically kept their existence a secret until Eileen was being an absolute idiot
Bloodfiends doesnt want to overfeed or make a lot of their kind because it would ruin their food source
Which where the Post White Nights and Dark Days Bloodfiend comes in
They DO infact count as Distortions, but are related to Bloodfiends
However, Pure Bloodfiends hate them because these Distortion Bloodfiends cause too much trouble
Even Distorted Bloodfiends wont even know they have been turned to one
Eileen hilariously enough, is both a Pure Bloodfiend and Distorted Bloodfiend
