Kuro actually took their time to put some flair into each characters animations to fit their personalities.

When it comes to HSR, Blade was probably the first big offender. He was an HP scaling Destruction char. And not a single Destruction LC had HP scaling and only bad ones had Damage%. Most of them were Attack%, which is completely useless. At this point in time though there are alternatives and even farmable ones.
Yunli is the 2nd that comes to mind. But even then just tweak your team a bit and done. Run March 7th or Lynx and you are done.

(Both of which are free characters btw)
