Okay, for starters, penacony started out as a mafia story, all the npcs had their own agendas and where opposed to each other, characters started dying and all was well and good. then chapter 2 rolls in, and pasing of story just goes to hell, the anticipation players had for a new nightmare dream was high, yet all they provided was more city with a tint of blue.

because they kept adding more and more new gameplay modes and features that were locked behind story
