The writing doesn't bore me to death and is pretty entertaining.
Cutscenes are top tier.
I like the comic style in some scenes. It feels fresh for a Hoyo game (Snowbreak did something similar for it's earliest chapter, but later dropped it altogether).
There is way less voice acting in the story than other Hoyo games.
For combat depth, there are some techs you can pick up for some of the characters that the game never really explains or tells you about.
You can clear mostly everything without trouble just doing random bs. But it feels nice when you know what you are doing.

The patches/chapters rotate the focal protagonist of the patch. Sometimes its lee, sometimes its karenina and sometimes its Luna. But for now, yes the Grey Ravens are the main protagonists
