And there are some more separate issues like JP hates Wuthering Waves for most of the time using Kanji for Japanese localization, security issues, and the misinformation from Jiyan's banner. As for Global, they hate Wuthering Waves for the bad direction of the English dub, the text has always been cut that we need to scroll to read it, crap storytelling in act 1 to 4. Chinese hate wuthering waves for their inappropriate wording about the soldiers are just a tool for the government and character designs like Scars black tape on the crotch, Sanhua's back tattoo, and Camellya's dress. SKoreans currently don't have any separate issues for Wuthering Waves now

The whole translation and localisation business is screwed from it's foundations, because of this model.

Not like it matters. AI will fully replace translators and localisation will be pushed on to Quality Checkers and Proofreaders. And Proofreaders will be just randomly selected people in the studio to "do this bit of extra" (which is already mostly the case).
