PGR is only well known for their 60 pity and easy-to-farm memories which leagues above HI3. Most gacha games also have try-hards just in case you've only played PGR. So yeah PGR isn't really popular for try-hards in gacha games

The difference isn't substantial enough to think either is better

Sure the gacha is technically better but you need copies of characters in PGR for them to be useful most of the time

My guildmates says that the Babel in this current patch is easy by using CW, Hyperreal, and Stigmata that he/she had to use Gen 1 S ranks and A rank constructs to make it hard. It's still a gacha game after all there's a power creep units so players need to keep paying to make the game easier
