Yeah Logos S3 is cracked

It would be really good if it only slowed projectiles while dealing damage

But then there's the fact that if there's any projectile in his range when the skill ends, the projectiles will just vanish even if they still could reach their target

So Logos S3 is pretty much a cheat code against most projectile based mechanics unless the hit is instantaneous(iirc the Londinium cannons are instantaneous and he can't slow them down),
