also what I like in Ender Lillies is that depending on the strengh of the enemy hit, it knock back/stun you or not. For example, you take damage of small projectiles but it doesnt stun/knock you. But a big enemy hit knock you back.

In almost all other Metroidvania games, a simple enemy sneeze always fkn knock you

this makes the game very smooth, but still challenging. Also when the MC is close a platform edge, she always climb, so you dont have that BS of falling because the MC was 0.0001 inch far from the edge, like we have in a lot of Platform games.
