idk about seofon but im unsure how to feel about one of tweyens skills, because it cant be used right away and it can only be used a single time

Seofon's is garbage.

Every fight in the game ends before you can ever cast it. They only won't end before the initial CD ends if the person playing Seofon sucks. Which means they will be downed at least once. And that resets the CD apparently.

So you will never actually use that skill in live play.

I unlocked the Ascension weapon for Seofon. It has 15 Supp Damage. Disgusting. Also picked up his Warpath. Lucked out with the other Sigils from Transmarvel.
Went to test it on Lucilius. Got matched with 2 Tweyens and another Seofon. We cleared it in 4 minutes.

Rates are way better than Lucilius mats. And Behemoth also has the Sigils in drop that Lucilius should've had.

Also overall the Lucilius Sigils are mostly considered to be not worth it. It's just a bit more Damage Cap and you give up opportunities for Onlaught and Uplifts. So generally it's a loss in DPS in most cases.

Basically you need to get the proper Beast Weapon, change it's name and skill with the corresponding Cipher(Malus, Pontus or Regus) and then take it to 5*. Repeat it three times per element.
