Gacha works like this, just to put it in 1 message:

• There is no Pity, but rate is 3%
• There is Spark tied to banner period. Banners all change at the same time. Spark points reset same time too. You get same points as Crafting Material. Kinda worthless.
• Your Spark points only reset at Banner change. Meaning even if you pull rate-up chars the points stay.
• Spark points are shared between banners of the period. So as Tsun said, you get a rate-up char on one banner, you can use the points for the other (or just get a dupe).
• If you get dupes you also get an universal currency. This can be spent on character shards at any time. You can buy as much as you want.

During Anniversaries and Half Anniversaries there is always a Fest banner. Fest banners can only be pulled on these (including Mika). These also have 6% rate for 3*.

Just do whichever you want. The school you hold the lesson in decides which school's skill books and blue-rays you get. The later "room" within a school gives higher tiers of these. But higher tier is not always what you need. So just do whichever you want.
This is also one of the places you get affection, which unlock character stories, which lead to L2D animations for your home screen.

Stamina cap is very low at start, but your main Stamina source will be the Cafe and Dailies, not the standard regen.
You improve your Cafe level by progressing Missions. Then you get furnitures from Crafting to cap out Comfort. This is where most of your Stamina will come from.

You get a Cafe level upgrade for every 3rd Area you clear in Missions.
