• you have Cafe which has random Students also you can call a student and pat them and give gifts
  the fast way is to craft Gifts in Crafting (craft flower like icon items) and give them. Depending on the gift, gives more or less affection.
• in Lessons you can also increase affection
• Affection is good because increase stats (up to affection 50)
• Also for Wakamo, Yuuka, Serika for example, if you reach affection 15, you unlock an unique equipment to boost some skills.

you should have Yuuka, she is one if not the first student and you get her L2D right away. Some need affection 1, 2, 3... 10... to unlock L2D. Btw, Yuuka is very very good even been a starter unit, well invested and free lvlup to 5*+ because you can farm her "shards" and she becomes 100kg tank.

• just keep in mind how gacha works. It has a "pity" of 200. which is called Recruitment points (or aka Sparkle).
• In 200 pulls, you can get the banners student. If you get the student before 200, you can also keep pulling and can get her again in Sparkle, or choose the other banner student (there anre normally 2 or more students per banner).
• But when banner ends, your "pity" always reset. So for example if you went to pity 199 and didn't get the banner student and no more gacha currency (Pyroxenes), means you will lose all those 199 pulls you spent.
