Basically how Tsurugi works is:

• She changes her Basic Attack with EX.
• EX also reloads the gun instantly, so you don't lose time on if she has to reload soon after starting the skill. On max EX she will have 2 instant reloads.
• Her Passive gives her Speed, which is garbage. It let's her die faster in most raid content. But in current PvP it's funny, because it let's you group up the enemy team.
• Her Unique Weapon Passive buff is more Ammo. 4 at maxed Passive. It let's her stay longer without reloading in EX, so more damage.
• Sub Skill let's her get back a bullet instantly when she kills an enemy. 57% chance at max. This also let's her go longer without reloading.
• Normal skill is a heal on a 10s CD when she kills an enemy. It's kinda whatever. Doesn't stop her from being oneshot. But with her Affection item it also gives her a bunch of Attack Speed, which lasts longer than the CD.

tldr: She dominates Commissions and swarming Joint Firing Drills.
