Water's most efficient sacc unit is unironically Water Zeta since she consumes her own HP really fast

Fire has both Colossus and Ragazzo, though Ragazzo is more efficient in this aspect since he can guarantee his own death turn 2 while dealing tons of damage

Wind has Wind Yodarha who can shave his own HP down to ridiculously small amounts and go monke before departing

Dark has access to Death call turn one so you don't even need to worry about sacc units

to be specific she's the one that calls herself 'sickly' and claims to have a weak, frail body with matching acts here and there. it was never explicitly confirmed whether she's really what she claimed; it could be real, it could be a ruse since she's one of millennium's bigwig to trick possible enemies, it could be a mix of both.

i personally think that she indeed has a slightly frail body, but not to the point where she cant stand up for a whole minute- logically if she's THAT frail, she should be in full medical care. not even seia is that weak. she used that slight frailty both as an honest excuse to trick people into letting their guard down, as well as so she can stay 24/7 near her personal hacking rig; which is very likely kivotos' most powerful portable PC, disguised as her custom wheelchair
