Skill damage is a very popular pick for Dark Opus weapons so since you use Ultima in multiple grids you'll likely want to avoid picking that one since the skills of both weapons won't stack together.

I personally recommend thinking about the Ultima you are picking before choosing whether to go for auto attack or charge attack, but I personally prefer to use auto attack when available since skills boosting it are rarer.
