This is likely because yuzu and Citra were under the same management, and the settlement with Nintendo was broad enough to extend to all their consoles, and not just the Switch.

The gimmicks for each Ennead
Shared gimmick: every time you cancel an Omen, the boss will get one stack of the Defied debuff(max 5), and each stack will amplify the damage taken by the boss during that battle and allow you to snowball into more difficult omens

Atum: No raid long gimmicks, but careful with his omens(recommended team: charge attack centric)

Bennu: No raid long gimmicks, but the omens require a mix of charge attack and skill damage so careful with team composition here.

Ra: Every time you use a damage skill(any red border), Ra will gain two buffs and you will get a sizeable increase in charge bar. This is the most dangerous fight to go if you are underleveled since the gimmick is a double edged sword, so don't tackle it until you have enough HP even if you have the proper team.

Tefnut: No specific gimmicks but careful to not get hit by too many of her omens because some of them inflict annnoying debuffs. Charge attack centric teams can clear this fight easily.

Osiris: Any green border skill will apply 2 debuffs to both Osiris and the whole party. This raid is debuff centric and has some charge attack omens but snowballing the damage omens shouldn't be hard if you have consistent debuffers.

Horus: Charge attack damage, but do not try this one if you cannot clear the omens consistently because her omens are punishing.

As a newbie I'd recommend you to tackle Tefnut and Osiris first to gain experience on how these work. Later you will want to farm Atum, Bennu and Ra since their drops are good.

Usually it takes a lot of time to make raid bosses playable. The Six Dragons were introduced around 2018 and the first of them only became playable at the start of 2022

The Primarchs have been around since the first years of the game yet they've only started to become a playable series last year

So i'd say that while Ennead can become playable don't expect them to become playable almost instantly.
