As a hunt character, u get amazing frontloaded damage compared to consistent dot, u get buffers just to make her act more often, or to increase atk or base damage. Since u go for crit substats, u have lower atk compared to Kafka, for that u increase what she lacks

Idk. Resurrection is self contained and from what I can see with reading to the plot so far, it doesn't really inject itself to the larger Nier story. It has bits and pieces of its own scattered about but that's about it.
Imo, Resurrection is a "prologue" to the next Nier game and given how much focus it gives towards different characters' stories, I'm almost 100% sure that we're in Accord's base or smth/.

Although, the name is very sus. "Resurrection". With the previous Nier games, the names are closely related to the plot. Replicant and Gestalt for the Replicant/Gestalt program. Automata for the machines and androids but resurrection implies rebirth of some sort. Who or what, I'm dying to know.

from what my small brain can remember, they're "goat people". a class that's basically made by the government so that people's frustrations against them are redirected to the Goat People. long story short, her father is fired from his job and is killed when he tries to get it back, her mother had an affair which prompts fio to leave. when she returned, their house was gonna be demolished so she was forced to leave. she is ostracized at every turn and even her friends ignore her and treat her like filth.
she manages to go into some sort of ruins and there she meets the like the monster that follows you around in the game
