I made a fraud claim on a payment not knowing who tf was this middle man taking my money from me without reading the website further in depth, and when I spent a good 10 minutes figuring out who they actually were after the claim like an idiot I started reading like:

Realizing they're the company managing my Novel AI subscription and I just made a mistake claiming fraud on something that isn't fraud
