Honestly even if I ignore the UI, rpg loot, and builds, the gameplay just does not look interesting.
All of them shoot and I mean they just shoot the same. I mean it makes sense for deadshot but the rest are kinda eh. Like there just feels like there's no real corporation of the melee. The melee we did see was just like them doing finisher moves and wacking some guys. It feels half assed and that shooting is going to be the main way to fight enemies outside of gimmicks for special enemies, boss fights, and some random niche legendary gear build.

I wish them luck though, releasing a live service always online game in this day and age where a bunch of live service games shut down is a bold move. I'm guessing they were in to deep to go back on it tbh.

Armored Core 3 and Silent Line is the easiest to get since its on PSP

Last Raven aswell but play that on your own risk

3 and Silent Line in general is the best way to enter Armored Core
But 1 to 2 are also pretty solid

4 is a bit hard to get into, For Answer you BASICALLY have to play the game FAST
5 is the Dark Souls 2 of Armored Core failed core design wise but worse while Verdict Days tried to fix itself
